OUR TEAM

Thomas Keyzers

A first-generation immigrant, adopted after my first six years as an orphan, I’m deeply grateful for the life I’ve been given and the chance to make work that matters. My wife and I are raising two remarkable children, and being their father is my greatest joy.

With more than 17 years in the furniture industry, I bring a hands-on passion for transforming ordinary offices into spaces that truly serve the people inside them. Having worked as a consultant, space planner, sales manager, and business owner, I’m driven by solving challenges, supporting clients, and helping our team grow and succeed.

Outside the office, you’ll find me on the pickleball courts. With a background in tennis, badminton, and table tennis, I play whenever I can—especially doubles—and I never shy away from a good singles match.

Solidah Sath

Owner / Principal / Design Director

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d spend my adult life fantasizing about office furnishings — but here we are! It’s been a wild ride, full of moments to celebrate and the occasional blips that make us pause and remind us we’re all human.

I’ve been lucky to build my career alongside my partner in crime, Thomas Keyzers, for over 15 years, all while raising our children in a world that looks & sounds so different than the one we grew up in. The true highlight of my professional journey has been collaborating with, supporting, and cheering on the incredible people who make up our work family.

When we’re not working on perfecting the GOAT of office layouts, you’ll find me reading, running, or trekking the family around town to our next great adventure. Fingers crossed, the next great adventure leads us to cross paths.

Coral Pratt

Hi, I’m Coral Pratt - Client Whisperer | Relationship Builder | Occasional Softball Legend. I’ve been with OneSource since 2014, which either means I really love my job or I’ve just forgotten how to leave. Truth is, I genuinely love building real relationships, helping clients solve problems, and occasionally making people laugh along the way. When I’m not keeping clients happy, you’ll find me swinging a bat in a co-ed softball league, trying to keep my golf balls out of the woods, or keeping up with my two year old son, who, surprisingly, has higher demands than most corporate clients. I take my work seriously, my fun seriously, and I firmly believe a well timed joke is the secret ingredient to any lasting relationship.

Brandi Ford

Sales

I joined OneSource in 2017, starting in customer service before moving into sales support and now into a sales role I truly love. I’m passionate about helping clients find furniture solutions that fit their spaces and their needs, and I take pride in building long-term relationships rooted in trust, consistency, and a sense of humor. I’m hands-on by nature and always willing to roll up my sleeves, solve challenges, and go the extra mile.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my son, who keeps life joyful and grounded. I also run a small handmade apron business and have a deep love for animals, especially dogs, cows, pigs, and owls. I cherish time with family and friends, and when I’m not busy supporting clients, you’ll usually find me on a golf course, working on my swing and enjoying the outdoors..

Alison Dow

For Alison, being a great Project Coordinator isn’t just about timelines and task lists, it’s about people. With 14 years in the office furniture world, she’s built a reputation for being dependable, easy to work with, and deeply invested in getting things right. Alison wants every client to feel heard and cared for, and every coworker to feel supported. When she’s not coordinating all the things, Alison’s happiest road-tripping with a snack stash that could feed a small village, tending to her garden of flowers, or lost in a good book.

I thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in creating functional, beautiful workspaces that meet the evolving needs of today’s businesses. When I’m not managing projects, you can usually find me out on the golf course or exploring the outdoors. I’m also a proud parent of two amazing kids who keep me grounded, motivated, and always on my toes..

Jon Rasmussen

Even with my background in production and manufacturing, warehouse management keeps me on my toes. I like to think of each day as a new puzzle waiting to be solved. Staying organized, managing the flow of product, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment keep things moving and keep me engaged.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing music or riding and maintaining my collection of bicycles. Pretty much your classic Portlander..
